Steering judder

Its faint but when I turn hard to the left or Break while turning to the left I can feel a juddering through the sterring wheel. Any ideas.

    Check the tension rod bushes for signs of leaking. Check the play in the front suspension upper arm (hands at top and bottom of wheel see if it wobbles)...
