Red one's a Valet key.

I think you'll find it won't work the glove box.

Tim

Yeah, I've got a red one too and a brassy looking one that is labelled Fairlady Z.

Have e-mailed world enterprises for a price based on a group buy, let you know what comes back, Smithy

D'oh Smithy - so did I! Only my message saying so didn't post.... Ahh well biggrin.gif

Az

Ok, I'm missing something here. You get 3 keys with your Z:

1) the silver 'titanium' one

2) a black one

3) a red one (valet key).

All look the same. i.e. funny shape with 300zx on them. Except the titanium one's head is metal rather than plastic.

I've got the black and the red, but not the silver 'titanium' one. Isn't this the same for most folk ? i.e. the previous owner tends to keep the titanium one for some reason (saving up to build a submarine or whatever).

Well.. I've got a titanium key, and a black key.. no red key...

Az

And I've got a titanium key and a red key - still with the protective plastic on as it happens smile.gif

Does your Mrs know? lol

wink.gif Shhhhh, if she finds out I've been messin' with another womans keys...Sai-a-nara baby!!! biggrin.gif

Doesn't anyone know a good metal working company here who can machine some?

I think they would get some big orders and it looks like a lot of us are prepared to pay some decent cash for one...

Courtesy Nissan have the red and black keys on their site.

They also have the Nismo key as above on their homepage right now with the Z key fob.

Anyone fancy a group buy on these?

I fancy one but whats the shipping like?

I know a jeweller that does custom jewellery. Why don't we do a group by to have a key done in silver/gold or platinum. That would piss on the titanium ones.

:-)

stu

yes and immagine braking your gold key in 2 parts while you try to start the engine!!!...

I have a titanium and a black one

Actually I think the Titanium has a red grip where the black has his?..

mm getting confused!

Dont recomend gold. It is a very soft metal which bends easy and wears down very quick. I dont think that thouse keys will last very long
