Just had an email in from easytrack.co.uk, about a Beginner's Track Day, seems very well priced:
1) Beginners Day at Kemble (in support of The Great Ormond Street
Children’s Hospital Beaujolais Charity Challenge) Saturday 10th November,
Kemble Airfield.
If you have never done a track day before this is the ideal opportunity, in an inexpensive way, to come and see what it is all about !!
If you book into this event you need to be a beginner, and you will receive for the laughable sum of just forty quid a session with an instructor and 4 solo sessions on the track at Kemble Airfield Nr Cirencester, Glos.
You will also get to meet plenty of regular easytrack members, get to hear a few hero stories and enjoy passenger rides in a range of auto-exotica, including Ferrari, Porsche and Caterhams.
£40 for a session with instructor then 4 solo sessions - not bad
Might give it a go as I haven't taken the 300 on track only the old Elise.
2.5 Miles and a couple of nice long straights:
Tim
