Fitting of Drivers 4 point harness

As seems to be to be the common problem at the moment both my passenger & drivers seat belts are not wanting to retract anymore. With a LOT of messing about I eventually got the drivers belt to retract but only after panicing and spending £105 on a Securon Racing spec 4 point harness so that I could get to Trax.

 

Now that I have bought the harness it seems silly not to use it especially as the seat blets are becoming very tempermental. Has anyone fitted a 4 point harness in 300 ZX before? And if you have where did you place the rear mounts for the shoulder straps? Am I going to lose one of my back seats?
