thats the whole unit by the looks of it. i got a solder-on jwt chip with jets for £70 which i thought was very reasonable. this unit just swaps with the old ecu. my chip and jets was claimed at 60bhp+ but i think i ended up with 40ish which is still quite good value.

id say the price is good, but just keep an eye on his feedback.....
