just went to take my 5 spokes off to clean them and--BOLLIKS--no key for the locking nuts,looked all over the car to no avail,any help where and iff there is a tool to remove them without taking about 5llb of my my alloys with them

daft question have you looked where the spare wheel is as there should be a standard nissan toolkit,perhaps its in there.

prepare to sacrifice a socket. get a socket which is marginally too small to go over the locking nut, get a hammer and twat it till it goes on enough to allow you to attach your ratchet and undo the nut.

by the way ive just twigged your only down the road from me,ime in bromborough and run a black 93tt,full body kit,high boot spoiler,and the imfamous 5 spoke volks,---keep a look out and give us a flash mate

will do mate, but i aint got a 300 no more, so if u get a black celica gt4 flashing you then that will be me lol. U should come with us to the next mascrat manor meet , it will be a week on moday evening.

Brian,

you can get a special socket for taking the locking nuts off. My local Halfords sell a set of 2 for £9.99. They have a heavy reverse thread cut sharply into the inside which grips the outside of the locking nut. (It does state on the pack that they're for use with an air impact wrench but you might get it with a big tommy bar)
