Turbo question

Right where do i start lol ok,had some work done to my car some time back now the turbos were both working fine before they took the engine out.

after i got the car back one turbo does not work drivers side what could of happend its bugging me.

Now its not a problem for them to sort it but id like to know what could of went wrong so i can finally get some sleep ;)
