HID kit on ebay

Dunno if you guys are interested, im thinking of ordering one of these kits, it combines the ballast and teh voltage thingy in one box unlike a lot of others so theres "less kit", am i right in thinking id need the H3 one? (im actually a jspec import and so h3c, not sure if it matters)

its coming in at about 180 quid all in with delivery, not sure about import duty though, and thats before a bulk deal which i havent asked about?!
