Hi all, I am toying with the idea of importing a Zed for meself.

 

have any of you kind people here done this?

Impoted mine through Newera. If you want a quality motor and peace of mind then go for them, Miguel's a top bloke...but it will cost a little bit more...;)

I found the UK side of the operation wasn't quite as up to spped as it could be but all the important stuff is handled by Miguel in Japan. You shouldn't go far wrong with them. Good luck :)

yep, i got my gt4 through newera and am 100% satified with them. top job.

brought mine in from Darren at http://www.east-to-west-imports.co.uk/ he is a little one man band down in bristol, V friendly guy..

Import your own and cut out the middle man !!! But if ya gonna get a Z make it a TT you know you want to have all the extra power....

No point getting a N/A. Save a bit more money and get a TT

These days you can get a TT for the same ££ you can get an N/A...

thanks guys....I'm quiet set on getting an NA for now as its gonna be a day to day mota and the Mrs will be using it aswell! :eek:

I use my Jap TT every day and so far it's been fine. Bit heavy on the juice though, but then if that worries you I belive diesel cars are very economical ;)

 

Good luck with it mate, if you go for a manual get someone to check the clutch. I drove a few Jap cars with upgraded clutchs and they are a pain in the backside around town and some are really rough if your doing hill starts etc - bearing in mind its for every day.

Chunk, My hair is long gone have a look at our new website it will be up and running in approx 2 weeks and it is a lot better than the existing one, all of the Tattoo images will be the same though.
