Naff boost

Struggling after fitting an HKS EVC boost controller. Installed as it should be will only give a max of 9-10 psi even if set to max :eek: When SBC completely disconnected won't run more than 5psi - )EVC reading and analogue guage readings). If one of the turbos was shot would I get 0 psi or could this be the cause because the balance bar might be compensating? I'm certain there's no leaks. Don't think it's in safety boost either.

    Did you go through the proper self-learn procedure with the EVC after you installed it, it's very important to get that right.

    Yes, copied another set up so must be OK! Car has never been that powerful so I suspect there's been an issue with it since day 1.
