I have a vented headlamp grill on mine but want to put the original on and have the badge smoothed over. Being a UK spec I popped the badge off and there is a fairly large imprint of the Nissan logo. I took it to a bodyshop and asked them to fill it and spray it and they refused.

 

They said it would just crack and pop out?

 

Has anyone else done this successfully?

Loads of people have had this done.

Sounds like a crap bodyshop to me - how simple is a job like that?! :slap:

What? They do sound rubbish mate. I had mine smoothed but its a JAP and all that was left after taking the badge off was 2 little holes though IIRC. Any decent bodyshop will be able to do it mate.

why not give PPS a call, might be worth sending it up to him.
