Intermittent clicking from rear wheel

Very odd but there's an intermittent clicking coming from the rear offside wheel. I'm pretty sure all the wheel nuts are tight, the brake pads have been done a short while back & I've also checked the hand brake assembly.

 

Sometimes there's no noise whatsoever yet other times it does it continuously!

 

Is there anyone else that's had this annoying problem who could shed some light on this?

    When it's in the clicking/ticking mode, it does it constantly regardless of conditions.
