Hi all,

 

Well the Zed left the driveway this evening - the new owner had a great smile on his face!!! Sad but nice. My wife and I had great times in it - not far off 4 years with the Zed.

 

I've directed the new owner, Daniel from Essex, to join the forum and I hope he will.

 

I've enjoyed the forum tremendously over the last years, many of you have helped me sort out so much especially when I was going through the modding stages. I've learnt and shared all types of stuff with you, the good and the bad, and I've enjoyed the humour and banter - especially the jokes posted!!! (And the the naughty pics!!!!!) The beauty of this forum has been the diversity of material, from debates on Autos v. Manuals to religious issues "is there a God!!!! (remember that one!)

 

 

I learnt so much about the Zed from the forum absolutely invaluable and it saved me money. The car I've just sold served me brilliantly never let me down.

 

So guys and girls I thank you all for your kindness, help and everything.

 

I'll probably pop on to see if the new buyer has joined you.

 

So guys thanks for the experience, good luck with everything and take care!!!

Geoff, keepin touch with the forum bud, and get your new ass car down to santa pod, theres a guy up my street whos itching to go back down there in his new v8 esprit, some kinda rare version with a carbon spoiler, youll know more about them than me... just get down there.

I probably wont but im gonna have a darn good try of it, if i do catch you up and take you, would you consider selling the lotus and buying another Zed :D

 

Itll be ready hopefully by the end of october, finally got a sprayer sorted!

Best of Luck geoff, hope all goes well for you. I was wondering on the way to work as to whether the day will come when I move onto a diff motor, TBH, I will probably keep the Zed for what their worth now......

 

Can a tuned Zed really not catch a Esprit? Find that hard to believe!? :p
