I swear to god I am gonna kill this woman I have just come of the phone too!

 

I joined '3' a while back now as they are really cheap, but after receiving the kinda customer service that I have, I can see why their cheap. Their support line is in india I think!!!!!

 

She cant understand me!! Even before 6 pints!! :) I have to repeat everything so many times!!!! :xxx:

 

I reported my phone stolen a month ago and I still havent received my replacement SIM card. So, after 14days, around the 16th of july I decided phone them and ask why my sim hadnt been received?!? They said it was because I diddnt request one although I did report my phone stolen!

 

I turned round to them and said "Sorry my love, r u stupid?? Do u think I dont want to have another '3' phone and that I want to pay you £25 a month for nothing?" She just turned round and said that "no-one that works at '3' services is stupid and that I am at fault for not ordering a new sim"!!!!

 

WHY I OUGHTA!!!!!!!!! GRRRR!!!! :mac1: :mac1: :mad: :mac1: :mac1:

Im with Orange and I cant really fault the Orange help line people. You may be on hold longer than you wish but they get the job done.

funny you mention 3...i guy called me yesterday and said 3 hacked him off so much he threw his 3 phone into the sea off Brighton and was planning Viking style burials at sea for any other disgruntled phone owners...:)

Cant agree more, I'm with Orange, and when I lost mine early last year I received my replacement within 36 hours!!!! I was well impressed with that, as they said it could take upto 4 days to turn up. :dance:

Yeah - I make of pointing of phoning up a company's support line before I join, whatever the product. If it seems like it's outsourced I just the put the phone down and look elsewhere.

 

Got through about 5 ISPs until I found one I could understand; well almost - they're all Scottish ;)

PSML, I have to deal with call centres all the time and it does get on your nerves when they can't understand you.

 

Except for when I call DELL computers, and then I can;t understand them :rofl:

 

But if you loose your temper with the operator (I know it's hard not too) you have lost staright away and when they hang up for you being rude it just winds you up more. I just stay cool and beat the sh1t out of something once I have hung the phone up :)

That's because they take care of the people they are actually speaking to. Rather than just trying to rush you off the line so their stats look better.

 

Must say O2 have all ways been pretty good as well.

I'm also with 3.

 

Have to agree, the customer services is shite!

 

I must have spent over 2 hours on hold trying to get through to their cancellation dept.

 

Does anyone else on here with a 3 mobile hate the way the signal can be full one second then completly drop off to noting the next therefore cutting you off from your call?

 

Best tariffs by miles, worst customer service and signal!

definately agree justin, signal is sh1te, 1 min talking to friend, next minute its 'hell'.......'hello'.....PMSL!!! F'kin useless!!! :)

 

I am also with Vodaphone and I refuse to leave them just yet but they really aint cheap!!!
