I need to fix the following problems with my car but cant think which one to start with. any idea's

 

needs service

needs flush of coolant system

pulls slightly to left

needs new front break pads

still slight vibration when braking, less so since fitted poly bushes but still there.

looses boost after about 4 fast runs, can go down just a little or into saftey depends what moods it in, more likley to goto saftey boost if i try to accelerate to hard with o/d switched on.

0/s front decat pipe got a hole.

jerky gearchange from auto box from 1st to 2nd

electric fan doesnt seem to work, cant be moved by hand so probally jammed, though have a spare in the garage.

probally needs a zcentre cooler upgrade for the autobox.

 

work done so far.

new mongoose exhaust

new poly bushes

several new suspension parts

4 new tyres

new petrol cap

 

selling the car is not an option as my wife will not let me have another one.

start at the top & work down!!

i was thining the fan or gearbox could be causing the loss of power. dont wanna service it the the thing blows up lol. but i guess the service may be the most important thing.

Question of what's related / dependent on one another / dependent on same thing. (IE once jacked up do a few things that need it jacked up!)

 

I'd get the front wheels off first - that's easy and might solve your left pull and your vibration (might be warped discs :( ), will let you change the pads... also you can't drive around the problem and the longer you leave it the worse it gets!

 

Cooler upgrade implies a coolant flush so that's another two birds with one stone, and it might fix your problem with hard runs into the bargain! (And means you can get away with duff fan for longer.)

 

Leccy fan is hardly ever used anyway TBH... Is your viscous fan OK?
