After getting the Z ready to take off the plenum, ready to put the new one on, sorting all the bits needed etc, etc.....

I have to put it all back together again as the gaskets have not turned up and the post don't work on Sunday's!!! :(

The Z goes into the paint shop Monday morning for the week so I can't get it done next week :( this was the only weekend I had spare and I planned to get it done ready for billing.

So it's gonna have to stay on the kitchen floor until I get another chance. So that'll be me leaving my bonnet closed at Billing. :( :( :(

And I had a wasted journey this morning to collect some spark plugs, which were not where they should be (left in the site office for me to collect) and plus I felt a bit of a tw@t as the site manager looked at me like I was a nutter......

Then I get home and the gaskets have not arrived either (which should have landed yesterday!) so I'm having a crap day of it......

Oh well, back to putting the hard pipes, etc, etc back on :(

Matty.

Nearly all gone now fella........... :)

Matty.

found the problem, well a few problems not slam panle related but with a few mods will fit.

Radiator has another smaller rad mounted to the front wich is holding the main rad back. The radiaor bracket holes are welded in different positions and as these cant be moved and the 10mm holes supplied on the slam panel for tollerence are at their max, this problem needs some creative thinking.

The holes need to be a tad longer to allow the panel to move forward out of the way of the radiator and allow the fittings to close.

And guess who does not have a bloody metal file.

If any of you guys fancy comeing round today with a file ;)
