hi there guys

ok then my zed is smoking blue smoke like a bitch!!

new turbos fitted last year and running 13.5 psi also using the turbo technics breather kit!!

zed has been in garage for a few months and only allowd to idle for 10 mins at a time!!

only noticed the smoke after i fitted new airfilters instead of the se-nissan maxiflow paper filters!! replaced with wopping pair of k&n.

after i noticed the smoke i pulled off the inlet hoses and intercooler pipe and they were full of oil!!!

the oil had worked its way to the airfilters somehow!!

it seems the oil is being drawn from the breathers to the inlet pipe!!

i have removed the turbo technics breathers and will give it a go, also checked the passengers side pcv valve as its the eisiest on and that was ok.

i have done a load of searches but cant find what im looking for,

any help much appreceated

cheers

err, turbo technics breather kit - I think you need to do a search as I remember them causing major problems :(

Yeah breather kit screws it! Causes all sorts of crank case pressure/vacuum problems :( Refit the standard breathers and see if that cures it :)
