As u may see from the for sale section, just bought this off DaveC.

Just wanted to know if anybody had some info on this ecu.

Can i now up my boost with it?

Will it make any difference to my car?

Featured Replies

Not heard of that, I have one from Central20 Racing, which from the code looks pretty wild !

Think they're the same. The timing maps they use are very aggressive. I'd keep the boost to about 13psi on it, but listen for det. The mid range is where they really bump the timing up so keep a close ear out.

Yep it is a Central 20 ecu and since fitting it my car hasnt gone into saftey boost once. this includes the 400mile round trip to billing.

So if i was fitting boost jets are 1 mil ones ok?

Start with 1.2mm and get a known working aftermarket boost guage to see what boost the 1.2mm jets give you (DONT rely on the stock guage!) then try 1mm ones if you can go higher.

Then booooooooooooost away, the difference is mental :hyper:

who are central20 and has anyone got a number for them as my car was all fitted out with there bits

Yes, it should work in a manual TT car. Not sure I really want anything for it, I can email you the code if you want. However, should you want you're ECU socketting then I should be able to help out ....
