Boot glass (i think)

Can anyone help me with this one please ?

The bit that i have outlined in red stipple on the boot of this ZX is glass i presume (?) How come mine is just metal (part of the boot) and could i get one for mine, what are they called and how much do the cost ??????

Please tell me i dont have to buy a new boot to have one - they look spot on !
