Where do I stand??

When I was arrested tonight one of my rights is to have someone informed of what was going on. I asked that my girlfriend be called and gave them the number. when i get home I find out they did not call her!

 

Is this a big breach of their procedure?

    I wouldnt kick up a fuss until you see how they are going to act on the firearms thing, no point rocking the boat at this stage
