Oh and i still getting the juddering when i put my foot down???

Hi,

That's generally caused by unburnt fuel igniting within your cats. Make sure the PTU and coilpack connections are clean.

Vijay

Yep check those connections you made on the PTU :)

Vijay/Andy when you say clean them - what is the best stuff to use and is it a blueish corrosion I'm looking for? (is that spelt right?)

Slim, sorry to hijack, but I noticed that light coming on a couple of times today as well.

I have a new exhaust on, and it may be blowing a bit at the front (not investigated the blowing yet). Nothing else has changed on the car (especially relating to PTU).

What else can cause Cat overheat, and could it be connected to the exhaust blowing (e.g. hot exhaust blowing over sensor!?!)??

Cheers

Rich

Slim, I'll bring some up to the Leicester meet on Thursday if you like, other than that pop round my house and i'll show you what and where to clean.
