I loved the film, will love it forever.

 

But come on, no ZX in the whole film!

 

Why? Anyone else a little disappointed about this..???

I believe I heard someone say previously..

 

"Because they wanted to use cars that would make it all the way through filming without breaking down"

 

Thank god no zed in that film, will devalue it instantly, (like it would make a difference) to Boy racer for me, but on the whole an enjoyable flick, just proves how ugly supras are though

...especially clockwork orange ones with dildo stickers down the side...WTF was that all about???

 

I think I saw one.

In the race scene there are 2 cars lining up to race, there is a car on the right of the screen with the bonet up and a few people around. I think that was a Z.

 

Also the main reason there is no Z is because they are trying to make the Supra out to be the ultimate racing car and its better than all the others. But this wouldnt be so if there was a Z there.

Ok there wasn't one racing (not that I saw anyway) but in the middle of the end credits there was a dancing "lady" reflected in the rear lights on a Zed.

I think the skyline had more to do with it because it is newer than the Z. I wonder if the manufactures had a say in what cars they wanted in the film and if Toyota paid anyting to get the Supra as the main drive...??

Well in a usual situation for he first few secs a Supra would be quicker due to the way the Turbos work... The aare not in Parallel we can say they are in Series... one starts at low RPM and then the other joines... we with Zs have a bigger Turbolag... we need to wait for more RPM before both Turobs kick in... Well I know you know

hahahaha dont think so!!!!!!!! Oh and by the way Supra's handle the corners very well...I thought at Silverstone even the MKIII Supra's were beating you lot....hehehe
