What Tyre

Ok fed up now toyos, pereli, bridgestone, yoko's blaa blaa.

Need 4 new z rated boots for the car, the cheap shit i have on there is not good at sticking in the wet or dry and are only rated to 130.

Not that I am a bad boy but I do run around tracks on teh odd occasion.

Loocking for a softer compound maybe or a tyre that is proven.

18" 190mph

Any thoughts.

IMHO the best tyre you can get for the money. These things are real sticky and will give you a good few miles of wear as well.

BF Goodrich Profiler for me would not use anything else!

cheers lads.

I "theoreticaly" raced a modena last night on the a130. no idea how fast as im off the click but my mate recons we where over 190. Then remembered the tyre rating

hope you don't mind a question on your thread deve8uk?

just another re tyres, does anyone know who makes a rim protector for alloys

saw me mates tyres on a set of supra alloys, and they stuck out to protect the rim from kerbing, (btw if it makes any difference 19")

Agreed

I've not suffered loss of grip yet, wet or dry - the back end just behaves so you can safely boot it off roundabouts ;)

They're dead quiet for a performance tyre too.....

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

cheers lads.

Quite a few performance tyres have these.

I think the Bridgestones I had previously have them and the Fulda Extremo's i've got on now have them.

avon tyres do it too they are a fairly good tyre, personally as long as the tyre lasts longer than a couple of months and I get traction from two of the four wheels im happy ;)

very drole, but i dont think those mods will get you to 190, the only 190 the stones have got is jagger who looks about 190!

so you really didnt get to 190 did you, go on , admit it , youre telling porkies, youll feel better after telling the truth.. honest!

or does it read in KMS

mines in KMS

His is in MPH and mine was off the clock. And if you took the fooking time to read you ignorant twat would have noticed I said he told me that it was 190.
