I think these are probably all caused by the same thing, whatever it is...
There's quite loud hissing from somewhere around the the balance bar on the passenger side, at the back of the plenum ish, near where the PRVR vac line comes out. (I've bypassed that by the way.)
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting all the coil packs, so I know what the engine sounds like and how the idle changes - but if I wiggle the harness around that same area something definitely different happens. So I don't think it's just cyl 5/6 coil pack. Especially because there's what sounds like a relay clicking (just the once) and after the click everything seems OK until you wiggle some more and dislodge whatever the problem is again...
Idle's generally good but not on the overrun - if you rev it a couple of times the idle will bounce almost down to cut out, and then slowly climb to the right level, or in fact sometimes it will cut out totally.
Is there an idle relay or something round there?
Bear in mind this engine has all just been plugged back together... they might have missed something! Are there any vac hoses to particularly check round there?
