Does anyone know whether wheels on a Supra (latest shape) will fit onto a 300zx?

There's some nice one's on ebay that i want to bid on - taken off a supra, but the seller says fit's most 5 bolt vehicles and does not specify which.

HELP the auction ends soon...!!

They wont fit - the centre bore on a Supra is 60mm - the Zed needs wheels with a 66mm bore.

LOL no probs Roy - I have you to thank for not wasting my money on getting those Blitz Supra wheels off ebay last year ;)

Hang on hang on...

If these are AFTERMARKET wheels for a Supra they may have an additional sleeve in the centre which takes them from 66mm down to 60mm - so the mfr can sell the wheels for both bores. Remove the sleeve and they will fit. Worth a check.

Might also be possible to machine 'em out -it's only a couple of mm on the radius ...

I think i have seen these, are they the five spoke split rims with a massive crack in one of the wheels and repaired cracks in the others? If they are then personally i would stay well clear the chances are they have come off a car thats been in an accident and i would not risk it, but thats just my opinion.

They sound good! LOL

Thing is offset, Supra wheels would be all wrong they are 50 offset, Zed's is 44 or something?

is that right.....?

Most wheel manufacturers and suppliers reckon that the ZX, Supra & RX7 (+ possibly the GTO) have the same stud pattern and offset, the only diff being the size of the centre bore (hence the "sleeve"). I got told that from Wheelmania & DT Motorsport, so I don't mean dodgy "lax-power" type suppliers ;)

Richard :)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Supra is definately 50 offset but most dont have the correct fitted.

If you look at the listing for say a top wheel like Blitz Z1's you will see that the offset for the MKIV Supra and the ZX are totally different. Plus most wont fit over UK supra brakes!!!

guess the people I spoke to could have been referring to the MkIII Soop? ;)
