what fuel are you using? - could also be the hot weather causing your problems

This is a Tuned Eprom chip from a Japanese tuner, the affects of the chip are as follows:

Remapped timing and fuelling

Removes top speed restriction, common 180mph top speed on standard engine and gearbox

Increases Rev limit to 7300 rpm

Removed Boost Cut, so you can increse boost up to 17psi if desired

This chip will give approx 75hp at 16psi boost. This chip was tuned on a rolling road facility using the appropriate programming in Japan to produce a chip that could be safely used by every Z32 300zx Twin Turbo engine 1990 - 93. Please note that this does NOT include boost jets or controller for turning up the boost.

was working ok b4 i fitted the avcr controller so ive got no idea what 2 check

as ive checked all the pipes that i moved

Could be a fuel problem, mine would det at 10.5(Thor RR meet)so had them sort out the fueling probs, fitted SAFC II,FSE Powerboost valve/fuel regulator etc, maybe your fuel regulator is on way out,but me thinks fueling problem is top of the list on yours.

Tony

is there anything i can do like take the top pipe off the fuel regulator 2 run more fuel any ideas

cheers lads 4 the help

I got a virtually new fuel pressure regulator for sale for £60 inc p+p if you want bud.

Gotta be a fuel/air thing :)

I'd agree with these guys, start by looking at the fuelling. Don't take the line off the FPR, that'll make things worse!

Best thing is to get a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what's happening there.

Also check that your timing is set to 15°BTDC, if it's too far advanced that'll cause it.

Also possible the chip is too advanced / lean if it's for jap fuel.

cheers 4 the help

i see if i can find out what the pressure

cheers lads
