Just want to gauge some interest in a regular Leicester Thusday night meet :cool:

Have spoken to a few and think it is a good idea, i am going to a pub on the A47 outside Earle shilton to see if the manager doesn't mind a bunch of cars turning up.

This will be open to other people as well as the Leicester Guys and Gals :duffer:

Yeah no probs boy's. Earl Shilton is near Hinckely isn't it? Which side is the pub? Leicester or Hinckely side? Earl Shilton is about 25 miles from here.

It's on the Leicester side on the A47 toward Hinckley. It's literally 5mins when you come of the A46 junction toward Kirby/ Braunstone/ Hinckley/ Ratby etc and is on the LH side of the road.

 

Small pub inside though. The Red Cow is a much better pub. More car parking, bigger inside, better food and a bit nearer. :duffer:

As you go by the BP petrol station on the A47 (about 2 miles outside Leicester forest east) It's about 1/2 mile on the right (big white pub)

Well me and the Mrs had a Pub meal there tonight :D very nice too.

I have spoken to Allan the landlord and he has no objections to us holding a meet there on a fortnightly basis on a Thu :dance: :dance: So if you are all in agreement then i think the 1st one should be Thu 24 June at 19:30hrs (7:30pm to you civies) ;)
