Who's ever done this then: ?

Enjoyed the sunshine with roofs off, got to work and looked like black clouds so thought better had put the roof on, popped the boot, bent in to grab the first roof and CRACK! Smacked me head right on that pokey out bit on back of tailgate. Shite that hurt!

Still on a good note, my head hurts so much now, I've forgotten all about my stomach ache.

Let that be a lesson- open boot fully before going in!

...now thinking evil thoughts on how I can get my own back on the zed :slap:

I should have made this a poll: Yes, No and Wouldnt like to comment.

But as most lads here like to have a go on the spanners, I bet most have been bitten by the bonnet?

I don't have any pointy bits on my tailgate anymore :).

But if I did then I'm sure I could poke myself a few times

Hurts more when it looks like your gas cylinders are holding and then as soon as you nudge the car getting your shopping out, you are introduced to the attentions of Dr Guillotine!

Painful, but not half as worrying as when you are topping your washer fluid up in high winds and the bonnet goes -backwards- and nearly takes the windscreen out...

he he - some good stories from Zevans.

Lets hot this thread up a bit- Lets have your most severe injuries in relation to Zeds- could be working on zeds, driving or just like Zevans getting ya Tesco bags out.

I wait for replies in anticipation :hyper:

don't do a Stephen King - he was badly hit by a car/truck - he bought the car/truck, put it in his garage and kept going at it with a sledge-hammer to get his own back on it !!

Well if another hose starts pissing steam, I may well do that, or maybe a dam good thrashing with some twigs like Basil Faulty- "dont mention the war!"

Have to confirm that I was tightening a wheel nut with the tailgate open slipped and caught me suede right in the same corner

Like zevans has already said, I was changing the rear speakers and the tailgate struts gave in. It looked like the zed was eating me not biting with my legs in the air!!!!!!!
