I'm up at windermere today so i will scope out some places we can go and post it but lets make it a deffo and set a date

 

I suggest:

 

20th or 27th June??

 

or

 

4th or 11th July??

 

I can make all of them and i only live 30mins down the road so its not a problem for me.

 

Also why not get some of you guys from scotland as well if its not too far for you??

I'll be able to make that one (3rd) I'll have my baby back and will be a nice part of the running in procces. If I get my finger out It might even be run in by then :hyper: :dance: :dance:

Theres plenty of large carparks in windermere and bowness but they will probably all be full on a saturday.

 

Theres a big field on Fallbarrow park campsite which is at the bottom of the hill that Boothes is on. I could speak to the park manager and see if people wanted to use that? Theres an onsite bar and restaurant and is only a 1min walk from town.

3rd should be OK.

 

Maybe a few peeps would like to go out for a meal/bevvies at night also as me and Mrs Chunk will be in a Hotel/B&B as were coming from Leicester.

looks like its not happening.. , i vote to move it to the back end of august, early september, make a weekend/ piss up of it, gives people plenty of time to save up for it etc.

So looks like a washout then???

Noticed a few people end up at Southport at the weekends, can you still park on the beach? would solve some parking problems.
