cleaning injectors

Can you clean the injectors just a idea?, as I'am take the plenum off again tomorrow.would this do any good and If so what would you use to clean them and what would be the benefit

    It's worth cleaning the connectors at least when the plenum's off. You can't do anything with the injectors themselves unless you do as Bilky says. Most bosch / lucas specialists can do that for you but it's quite difficult to remove them from the fuel rail. Unless you've got a problem then I'd leave them alone and maybe put some cleaner in the tank next time you fill up.
