I've fitted air-fuel ratio meter on pin 55 on ECU. Meter read 'max lean', when driving this stayed the same, when engine off and ignition on, it stayed the same. Then fitted to pin 29 and this read 'max rich', but when engine off with ignition on, this read 'optimum'. Car has been chipped.

 

Any ideas???

i dont know what pin does what as i dont have a drawing, but have you got the right wires? is the gauge the same range as the sensor?

the shop said its ok to work on my z as it was in there book not sure what 2 do

assuming you are using the correct pins, are you sure your O2 sensors are healthy?

 

Also was the car warmed up, as they need time to warm up too

the cats have go a bad smell when driving hard anyway 2 check 02 sensors
