How can you tell if your CAT's are fooked?

I let Baggins drive my car at the weekend, he confirmed what I already suspected, my car just isn't as fast as it should be, so were thinking maybe the Cats have collapsed as there seems to be some restriction.

 

How can you tell if they're working ok?

 

And don't say Decat the fooker, because it's done 115K on original turbo's and I can't afford to replace them yet.
