Boost controller advice

Right guys, i've decided to get rid of my boost jets and go for a Greddy profec b spec 2 boost controller. A couple of questions though, what is boost creep and boost spike? It says in the write up that it reduces creep and spike. Also how long should it take a reasonably capable mechanic to fit it?

    Can you tell me what boost creep and spike are, and how long it takes to fit the controller?

    Spikes tend to happen when bleed valves or similar items are used, with the electronic controller this cuts out all spikes and gives you a solid spike free pressure.

     

    Fitting has been done on a profec B recently by James300 and i'm sure John Dixon did one as well, i'm sure they'll see the thread and advise how long this took. :)
