what you think?

My bodyshop pulled off another miracle, the rear tailgate came away with the old spoiler due to rust (crappy UK foam spoiler) so they had to reweld the rear section of the tailgate.

My body shop is M&A Autos - Southend on sea 01702 460 159 and speak to mark ;)

its taken me two years to decide what spoiler I wanted and i ended up having none,

thanks to luke and macca for the help ;)

that look really nice - lot more classy. Nissan preferred it without the spoiler. I'm not sure if the stock spoiler is that functional as I have heard that spoilers need to be fairly high before they provide useful downforce. In most instances I doubt a Zed needs extra downforce because the aerodynamics of the car are pretty good.

You've also reduced mass ! (note most sportscar manufacturers are reducing mass as much as increasing engine power  )

Looks good, cost much?

srrae: it is a lot easier, before I used to have to snatch and jerk the fooker, now it opens under its own weight :) very very light.

I have a few more things planned, I was going to put a bomex front on but thats changed for a 99spec now, I also want some real 99spec lights, and I have some side skirts and a new rear bumper picked out but they are top secret :)

wheels are the sticking point though, just have no idea what I want.

before all that comes the new clutch though.

That is exactly how I wanted to do the back of mine, except with a smoothed jap spec bumber.

Good work.

looks great, amazing how removing that pile of crap off the back can improve the look of the whole car.

Excellent, What made you change your mind about the bomex ?.

Is it true what Mac says ?. You going lard ar$e on us ?

I just think the 99 will suit the rear better, im not 100% on the bomex anymore but ive always liked the 99.

no not going lard arse, its always tempted me, but not with this generation of my zed :)
