When I eventually get the Zed back with everything fitted, it will be running the following:

Smithy stage1 tubs, underdrive pulley, JWT chip, Apexi filter, decent exhaust TBC, Profec B II.

I was planning to have a max high boost setting of bewteen 15-16 psi. Not gone the 550cc route (yet!) so injectors are probably up at the top of their cycle.

Will the standard plugs be OK with this or would some 'colder' plugs be better?

I'd go for colder plugs, and probably keep the boost down a little until you get the 555's in. 15psi on bigger turbos is more air than on stock, so you might end up maxxing the injectors and detting.

NGK's recommendation is 1 heat range colder for every additional 50-100bhp, so you really want a 7 range plug. ZFR7F-11 copper work OK.

Have to agree with John here these copper plugs are great and at only a few pound each good value for money

Or for something that lasts slightly longer, dare I say it :D :D :D :hyper: :hyper:
