Are there differences? I though the main difference on most parts are pre and post 94

That is a very lose way of telling. The seat belts would be made in bulk and could be sitting in a warehouse for a year or so before being used.

But the Japs are masters of 'just in time' manufacturing - you'd be surprised how close together the manufacturing dates are for many parts of the car. Nonetheless, given a chassis number I can tell you the actual month of manufacture and often a few other details too. If anyone is interested then drop me a PM with their full chassis number.
