Well that what i think if got. It rattles and doesnt sound right. Anyway, does anybody know someone decent in the midlands (near coventry) that i can take my car to.

Powerflow have a place in Coventry,when you say rattle where exactly,had a good awfull rattle like blowing/banging rattlin,turnend out was centre heat shields had come loose when system was dropped to do box.

whats happening is that the pipe and box on one side are moving/shaking. this is causing a vibration in the car. the exhaust was repaire a few months a go because it had holes but these were weilded or covered up somehow to pass the MOT.

 

where is Powerflow?

 

If i had problems with my exhuast i.e. leaks. could that be a causes of swinging of revs and stuttering (feels like ithe engine is about to die but is ok as soon as i accelerate a bit) of the engine at constant speeds?
