Hi, just wondering. I know usually when the speedo on an import is converted,that it usually derestrict the 112mph limit. Now are these cars still subject to the 155mph limit that the uk cars have, and if not, how far up the speedo will they reach? :confused:

    well my speedo hits 160mph with 1000revs before the red, it pulled all the way then just stopped so i'm assuming yes they do have this restriction

    Get a speed convertor from Z Centre to remove the 112mph limiter or get it chipped to remove it completely.

    As far as I know, UK cars are restricted to 155 and Jap ones to 112. Therefore when you remove the 112 restriction on a jap ZX it is not limited at all......

     

    I'm sure someone will confirm this.
