blown the KPH to MPH convertor

fellas i have blown the speeod KPH to MPH convertor ....fitted some indiglo dials and stupidly connected it A**e about T*T Positive to Negative

now i am stuck in KPH ..does anyone know who sells them ?? or if theycan be repaired
