Hi,

I have aftermarket side skirts on my 300 that came with the car from japan. the problem is the doors are catching them all along the bottom (only just) - it doesnt effect the opening/shutting of the doors but is causing unsightly marks to the skirts (white showing through where the paint has worn off).

Im also worried about it taking the paint off the bottom of the doors and causing future rust points!! :(

Any ideas on how to sort this problem out??

Thanks Tom

Simple really, sand down the area of skirt that is getting damaged. Make suer it's blended nicely. Then respray
