Tips please, buying a Twin Turbo

I currently run a N/A 92 import, I am looking to buy a Twin Turbo 94 ish (with no engine mods), between 5k - 7k

 

If anyone could give me any tips on what to look out for so I don't get landed with a lemon I would be grateful.
