By fitting larger turbo's on my Z, I may have to move one of the engine mounts?

No just chop some of the back of the mounting away mate ;)

erm no, just makes sure you only take the bare minumum off though so not to weaken them.

I think it's just TD06 and bigger you have to do this.

No, not just with TD06's.

with most turbos that have a T3 or larger compressor housing you'll have to modify the mounts.

If you have T28's with a T3 compressor housing you can probably best have a dremel ready :D

S14 T28's have T3 0.6 A/R compressor housings.

 

you'll probably be ok though, as the hot side is probably quite small still meaning the turbo is shorter. The S14 turbo fits the S13 with no problem at all but as soon as you get a T3 or a T34 on there you need to get hacking. :)

Well I think these are SE's T28 hybrids but I'm not certain how they were put together.
