Ahh there it is..

 

Car starts now guys and gals..

 

When I did the CAS wiring, I left the right hand main boost hoses off... Car won't start without them as they form part of the vacuum system... Put them back on (well the stainless ones) and it starts up fine - wobbling the CAS wiring has no effect whatsoever anymore, so that's fixed too...

 

Just goes to prove that even those of us with a reasonable amount of theoretical knowledge can still be caught out by doing something really dumb! Especially when it's getting dark and you're rushing to finish...
