JWT Induction kit

Evening one and all,

 

A quick Q for ya: someone is trying to sell me a JWT induction kit (single K&N cone filter) for around $85 (excl. p&p from the good ole USofA). Does this sound reasonable or is it likely to be a dodgy deal? I've seen K&N filter sets for the Z32 marketed anywhere from £100-£215 - so this seems too good to be true.

    Make sure that JWT-kit comes with the aluminium adaptor and not just the cone-filter.

    i back up Eric here, i had a used K&N, which didnt have the mounting plate.

     

    took Hairsy and I bloody ages to remove the mounting plate from the old airbox, which then made it completely useless...

     

    other than that, you can get some filter cleaner and get it back to 80% of new.

    I have the HKS ONE and i like it cause it is slightly easier to fit than the others cause its more shallow in design.

    oh, and that you can (should) clean the filter and get it back to nearly new, about 80% of new efficiency i would guess...
