PCV ?? or maybe not…....

Hi all, I’ve been reading the threads about PCV as looked like it might be my problem but they all seem to be mentioning smoke as one of the main symptoms.

My Z starts ok, but then the trouble starts. The engine seems to really struggle to idle, hesitate/splutters a lot although it doesn’t stall. If you try to in crease the revs quickly it will stall, although by blipping the throttle slightly you can gradually build the revs up. But moving the car anywhere is practically impossible…

Previously I had trouble with starting when warm, but seems to have developed into this now.

 

Any ideas ??
