how do i lock the crankshaft on an auto

how do i lock the crankshaft on the z so i can tighten the front pully and whats the torque setting??

    Hi,

     

    The torque setting is about 220NM, i replaced my pulley on saturday, to undo it and do it up i removed the nut and bolt out of the starter motor and got a mate to hold a flat screwdriver in the ring gear, made the job very easy.

    thanks i thought there might be a locking bolt but ill do it the old way thanks
