Just spent a few hours on the Z, changing the fuel pipes, a bit of a polish, topping up fluids, replacing a bit of rubbber for silicon and while I was out there I decided to bypass the AIV. Or atleast I think that is what I have done. Please correct me otherwise.
John Dixon showed me how to do it on Saturday. Very easy proceedure. All you do is connect the NS FPR to the sticky out thing just on the right side of the plenum. Haven't been out in it yet but started her up and unless its my imagination, she seemed to idle a bit smoother than normal. Maybe it's all in my head but I will update tomorrow after having driven to work.
