Door Handle

Unfortunately, as of this afternoon my passenger door does not want to open from the inside. Opens fine from outside & locks OK, so I'm thinking there is a cable of some sort which has come off or broken.

 

Is there a cable inside connecting handle to lock, and if so how easy is it to get to?

    it's fairly ewasy to get to, remove the door card and should see it.
