Wtf?!

i just realised i can take the key out of my car whilst driving!! surely that aint supposed to happen. i suppose it can be good for leaving th car on in th morning to warm up while i have my breaky cos i can lock it from outside

You mean you can pull the key out of the ignition barrel even when it's in position I ? and you don't have to press the unloock button ?.

 

Sounds like you need a new set of locks mate.

because i remember reading a thread about someone wanting to be able to this so that they could get out the car and lock it and leav the car running, because they didnt have a turbotimer and you cant switch your alarm and imobiliser on if th cars running.

its meant to be a really simple thing to do, just cutting a wire in th barrel i think, cant remember exactly but it was on here last week some time
