Paul I don't mean to be funny mate but do a SEARCH this subject has been covered quite alot in the last week , If you still can not make your mind up buy an Auto just to be on the safe side

Paul.......its simple, what do YOU prefer??? And if you don't know then get out there and test drive both.

I just bought one and it's auto.

 

The problem is if you're driving fast, go into a corner and hold a steady throttle, it changes up, so when you want to accelerate out of the bend it kicks down which upsets the ballance.

 

Auto is great in traffic and for eating / smoking / testing / strumming off the Mrs though.

Craig - it's quite simple there are only two pedals. One or the other should be on the floor.

If you don't know, get an auto, you won't get the benefit out of a manual.

 

If you drive it like you stole it, get a manual.

 

They both have problems if you up the power. (But clutches are cheaper than autobox rebuilds.)

well to give you a biased opinion i would say get an auto. if you are looking for a good relible one then i have one for sale!!!!!!! i prefer an auto as it give you more time to look good and you dont have to worry about stalling when trying race at the lights.

I must admit the Z as an auto is bloody good though!
